Fund Raising with Star Fakers

Star Fakers is a mobile, interactive show that transforms anyone into a Star.

The show features the miming (faking) of musical acts and artists by the audience.

Real instruments, lighting, props, effects and concert level MP3's are combined to transform anybody into their desired musical artist.

Nothing works, the microphones and instruments are all props, requiring no talent and no pressure to sing or play an instrument.

Participants can 'fake' up to 3 popular songs by any artist or act of their choice from the Star Fakers (SF) repertoire of 5 Thousand plus MP3s.

Between acts there is a short break, about 10 minutes, making time for preparations for the next act.

All performances are recorded.

Participants and the audience are able to purchase a DVD of the show, as well and other Star Fakers merchandise.


How do we raise funds for you?

We work closely with your club to organise a Star Fakers show at your venue, or a suitable alternative venue.

Star Fakers supplies show tickets, which are both pre-sold and sold on the door) and marketing material to promote your show.

Your guests let us know what songs they want to perform and come to the show dressed as the act they want to fake. (We have thousands of songs in our database and may already have the songs)

We open the show, keep the momentum flowing and close the show. Your guests are the Stars of the show as they 'fake' acts of thier choice.

We require NO UPFRONT fees from you. Tickets are typically $10 a head. There is no extra cost to be part of the show.

Star Fakers sell DVDs of your show and other merchandise. Your organisation sells refreshments to your guests.

We share 50% of ticket sales with your organisation - sell 100 tickets @ $10 and we give $500 to you.
